Commercial

Our developments offer more

Being large in scale Warth Park has provided the opportunity to enhance people’s lives and the community in which they live by improving the environment and the local economy.

Phase 2 has created approximately 750 new job opportunities and additional business for local companies. As part of the development a 34 acre country park has been provided which is fully accessible to the residents of Raunds and the wider local community. The park includes 1.6km of footpaths, 4 sustainable drainage lakes and just under 32,000 newly planted trees, hedges and shrubs.
